This place is horrible, very noisy/disrespectful neighbors, the gym they have is a
joke, parking is a joke too.(only 4 visitor parking spots, which is taken up by cars that don't move often.
The parking that you do get is only ONE spot regardless if you have a One bed room
or two bed room townhouse. There are "permit required" spots that are open to any one with a permit, the big downside to that is, majority of the time people that have their own assigned spots park in the "permit required" spots. Also some neighbors park in others assigned spots with no permit. Sometimes you'd get blocked it by cars that are double parked.)
If you are sensitive to noise, this is definitely not for you. during the week-days
you can hear jungle music (Mexican music)and maybe others blasting their music..
On weekends, its a free-for-all, people blast their music, wall around early in the
morning (1-3am) and talk loud, which wakes people up.
The windows on the place sucks, they are ALL single pain glass (except the slider
glass door) even if the windows are closed you can still hear the highway, blasting
music, peoples conversations loud and clear.
If you want to complain about anything.. Good Luck, you wont get very far.
I'd say stay away from this place! rent is way to high for what you really get.
The place wouldn't be that bad if there was more parking, respectful neighbors,
and rent was reduced.
any managers that gives reviews, or high rate review given; is
the manager or someone higher up trying to make the place look better.. Please disregard it.
Some of you may think (from reading above) that they wrote a bad review probably because they got kicked out, that's not true.
