I didn't have a bad experience living there. My biggest complaint was is that they rent to illegals who live 20 to an apartment. They park their bikes everywhere and drink all night. Several times I had to shue them away from leaning on my car setting their beer bottles on my hood. Twice a drunk migrant worker actually walked into our apartment late at night. He must have mistook it for his place. We learned to lock the door whenever we're home.
