Do not rent here! The apartments are infested with Termites, silverfish and various other bugs. The porches and staircases on all units are rotting and slowly being eaten by termites. The laundry room was just remodeled which is nice but it is a LONG walk up a steep hill if you live on the other side...especially when carrying a load of laundry. And of course management will not let you park at the top to get your mail, turn in rent or do laundry. Walking up that hill nightly is a pain especially when there are unfriendly inebriated tenants roaming the walkways and parking lot. This is not a safe or comfortable place to live. Until they do a complete remodel, pest extermination and get rid of the degenerates living there I would not recommend this place. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I agree 100%. We had silver fish falling out of the ceiling fans in the bathroom. And a problem with rats getting into the cupboards eating the food. My roommate opened a cupboard one evening and a big rat was staring at him.

i'm not sure these people actually lived at this apartment complex because if you like it or not you would not rate the parking a 3 and the office staff a 1 the parking has always been an issue because there are few visitor spots. As far as the office staff Anne works her ass off and is there 12 hours a day every day and doesn't get paid overtime for this. She will always stop and talk to residents about their problems even if she is not working so that's my 2 cents.

we did live here, there is a bmw dealership right down the street, the laundry, pool, what some might call a work out room, and management office are all attached. Even if the place was run by mother teresa i wouldn't stay here based on the tenents alone.
