I just received my deposit from the Ritz Colony and I got nearly everything back! Maybe you don't know what "clean" means. Over 5 years I had nothing but good experiences at the RC - with the exception of my car being vandalized (very minor damage). Maybe I should have put it in my garage, which IS big enough for at least a mid size car. Nice people, nice place to live!!
