Probably the largest factor in my disapproval of the property is the management. The term "Management" is too broad though. There are two managers that work at the Ritz Colony. The younger of the two is very problematic. According to my conversations with fellow tenants, and from my own experience, she is the type of person that would set you up just to see you fall. She is rude to the tenants, which makes living here unpleasant when this is the person to whom you are paying rent. She has been confrontational with my neighbor and I've personally been akin to this treatment. She needs to go! She is not the only problem unfortunately. The property looks good from the street, but once you settle down and realize what you've just done by signing a lease at the Ritz Colony was a huge mistake, there is no turning back. You must see this terrible woman walking the property and constantly harrassing you. The interiors are old and blighted. The speed bumps will do such damage to your vehicle in one year that they should discount rent for that alone! Good luck with your 70's era appliances and cupboardry. I hate to be negative, but it's important that the truth be told.
