I have read all the reviews for this building and feel it must have been written by ONE very sour person. I personally have lived here for 4 years and love it. The office staff is great. They have four maintenance men to take care of any problem that should arise. And they are on call 24 hours a day if I need help. The pool is always clean and the grounds are beautiful. Has anyone seen this place at Christmas with the 300 pointsettias they plan. Not to mention the rent is the lowest in Encinitas.
