Rent is going up, but service isn't. Hard to get the pregnant manager to do anything ! The street noise is unbelieveable, especially when the fire trucks pull out (a block away) at 2am. Tenants are not too bad, but Friday and Saturday nights can get noisy. No air conditioning. Poor quality fixtures, cabinets, etc. No washer/dryer in units, but it does have a dishwasher. No assigned parking, and not terribly secure (open to the street). Pets are not allowed for any reason, not even for a visit ! I think Hellen Keller may have been the architect, it could not be more unimaginative and crammed together !
