worst apartments ever. most the neighbors are rude, snobby, and loud. the walls are paper thin. you cant even cough or sneeze without recieving a noise complaint. the road noise of encinitas blvd is like that of a freeway. the wash and dryers hardly work. the management is a bunch of dumb fake b****es like the rest of the people who live here. it has been the worst year of my life living here and its hard to beileve im still alive. dont rent here if its the last resort. oh and the management loves issuing threats about parking and anything they deem inferior...go back to beverly hills and get over the fake facade of a "ritzy" place to live.
