not a relaxing place to live

Apartment lovely and spacious, very clean when I moved in. Noise a huge problem. Kids SCREAMING in pool til 10 pm. Skateboarding and bike riding in complex. Bikes left in walkways overnight. Apt. maintenance man's family in nearby building very noisy, wife chain smoking and drinking beer from paper bag on front porch by main road. Great image for the complex! Several families are disturbed by this. 2 pages of rules given at signing of lease but none enforced! Noisiest place I ever lived in!
