Forget about animal, I guess to some extend to can still deal with it but what about the gangsters staying there. The place is damn unsafe. Managment is most horrible, they are not concern about their residents complain. People are getting robbed, shot etc

I finally get to get out of here... This place is one of the worst...please ask lot of questions before deciding on this God forsaken property. The plumbing is shut off due to leaks and without notice at that. We had numerous water leaks in our unit and not once did they replace the carpeting

Yes. Agree. Keep looking! Grounds are nice, but the complex is very noisy at times.
Management is very slow to respond to issues, except for maintenance issues, which are usually handled in a reasonable time frame.
It seems expensive to us for what we have gotten out of moving

It isn't that bad, if rent was $300 less I didn't have a bad experience living there. My biggest complaint was is that they rent to illegals who live 20 to an apartment. They park their bikes everywhere and drink all night. Several times I had to shue them away from leaning on my car

However a convicted rapist lives there...apparently I lived in the same building as him.
Oh yes, the upper jacuzzi was almost always broken or yellow.
