Not worth it! - Pool is too cold to swim in, business center is closed due to computer problems more than its opened. Cheap dishwasher that hardly works, sink in kitchen very small and shallow. Place was a little wiggy Went by today to see about a 1 bedroom apartment. Staff did not seem to be too helpful and the place was a little tired. Found half of a dead cat near the tennis courts. Gave us the willies. Can't even consider it after that experience

4 years and counting I've been there four years, month to month, and still they have not raised the rent. I still pay $985 for a decent size one bedroom. Like the other guy said, these are NOT some fancy apt complex, they are affordable places for students and young people.

THE 2010 Grandview Apartments rents $~1270 2Bed 1 bath. wetsuit walking distance to the beach. good if you like to surf a lot. laundry room is dirty and 6$ PER load on a shotty washer and burnt out old dryer. Noise wise, maybe about once a month 2 apartments downstairs(14)(3) are making noise
