Very Poor Rating From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   These apartments seem to be very nice initially, but the Owner of the building refuses to repair important problems. After the initial 1 year lease, the owner, Gregory Adler raises the rent every 6 months up to $100.00 each time. If you move out and try to send a letter registered mail, he refuses to sign for it. The owner often keeps renters deposits. The turn over is so high, but apparently only the money matters to this guy, not the quality of the renter. The owner is a contractor and a lawyer, so he knows how to use the loop holes in the system. The only reason I stayed as long as I did is purely because of a busy schedule and the length of time that it takes to find a house. It's really a shame, this building has so much potential, but the owner really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Talk to anyone that lives or has lived here for over a year, they'll confirm this evaluation.
