What a nightmare!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   In a nutshell, the owner Greg Adler is the biggest $%^&ing Jerk you've ever met! He makes these underpaid workers make the outside look great, but inside if you look closely, it's awful! The place is put together horribly, the pipes are always leaking, there are termites galore and he raises your rent every six months!! The problems are never fixed in your apartment, but the rental increases don't stop! You can't put a bandaid on serious problems!! If you want your deposit back, good luck! He is the most greedy bastard you've ever seen. You never get to know your neighbors, because they are always moving. It took a while to get the time to move and I wish I had moved a long time ago! You can't say nobody warned you if you're foolish and move in ther despite this warning! Greg Adler obviously doesn't believe in karma, but one day he'll see his behavior come back to haunt him!
