I believe it's Regency at Encino now, and it's owned by Alliance properties.
The management is never there, although responsive if you go up high enough. But that's just lip service, they can't do anything about a horribly built building! if it rains, you'll know by the leaks- and I'm on the second floor!(or 3 floors) everything seems to break (and supposedly they put in new appliances) and the fire alarm is right next to the dryer, so it's constantly going off.
security is mediocre, considering the doors don't lock (main entrance) and the exit gate is consistantly broken.
the elevator is occasionally broken, there's an overflow of trash in the chute into the garage.
it's just a really poorly kept building, with a manager who is not very helpful.
the building SEEMS nice, when you drive by, but definitely if you look a little closer, it is very poorly kept.
