Kook Ville From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Regency Encino has several kooks that live there that really can't afford it so they spend their time being -------s in hopes of getting cheap rent. The Manager wasn't fired she was tired of dealing with Kooks who spend their life complaining in hopes of getting something for free. GET A LIFE I renovated my apartment and I love it. I miss the Manager and her sweet southern hospitality. MOVE OUT IF YOU CANT AFFORD IT!!You bring the community down. There are always people who are unhappy and they take their ---- out on other people.
