When searching for an aprtment in Escondido you should definately put The Acres on your list.
The apartment buildings are spread out, it is obvious that the owners were not trying to jam as many people in one space as possible.
The grass and grounds were maintained weekly and the repairman was at your beck and call on almost a moments notice.
There is a background check to move-in to the complex, however I believe that is a positive thing...you know your neighbors are not wanted on warrants ect.
The majority of tenants at The Acres have been there over ten years, and when you live there you will know the reason why.
There is no gym - however there is a 24hr fitness two minutes away.
There is no security - however the Escondido Police have a quick response time if their is ever an emergency.
I was sad to leave the Acres after only a year and a half (I had to move to Los Angeles), but I hope I bring happiness to other peoples lives when I give a strong reccomendation to move to The Acres Apartments.
