I lived here for 4 years.. Was Awsome at first.. Then I noticed the Huge Number fof wasps about most of the year.. Some made a nest in my vent on my porch one year. You can hear everything upstairs walking banging.. emotional distress. (lots of swearing from our upstairs neighbor). Usually quiet other wise. Can't really hear the freeway to much from the way they landscaped. Floorplans are nice. Car break ins were rampant. My car got broken into and had a screwedriver forced into the ignition. They couldnt get it started though. My neighbor had his stereo stolen 3 times out of his truck. There was one maintenece guy there when i lived there but he was really good.. If you ever saw an ant they would get rid of them.. I may have had to call 2 times for that, and it wasnt real bad at all. They tend to raise yer rent at the end of every lease to the max they can which i think is 16%. My rent went up $135 per month by the time I left. The last 6 months of my stay theings were going downhill. The grass outside was turning brown and the trees were not getting trimmed back from the pathways. I found Blackwidow nests popping up, and holes in the ground outside like they had squirlls or groundhogs or some rodent. My vents were clogged to my fan in the master bath which shorted out and Mold grew all over the place. Well come to find out all the sudden we have new management. I told them about the A/C breaking down and the broken fan. They sent someone for the A/C and never cleaned the vents or fixed the fan. The linolium wasnt the greatest when I moved in but they did put new carpets in there. I was clean when I moved in. I see that they now charge about $350 more than I paid when I lived there.. which really isnt worth it. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
