I have lived in many places but this apartment complex is by far the nicest especially in Escondido. The grounds are maintained nicely and the location is very convenient in terms of commuting on the I-15 since it's only a couple of blocks away and you would never know it. The views are amazing and the apartments are very spacious and modern with newer appliances and two tone paint. Great pool too with a WOW view and a lot of privacy. I have had no issues since I moved in. It's great.
