Nice apartment but Noisy Complex

I have lived in these apartments for a couple months now and overall the actual apartments are very nice. We got a great deal for a fully upgraded 2 bedroom. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance guys have always responded within 24 hours whenever we have had a problem.
However, these are very noisy apartments. If you like peace and quiet I suggest you dont move here. I realize that all apartments are somewhat noisy, but these are some of the noisiest I have ever lived in. Our apartment is right near the spa (which I was apprehensive about but wanted the apartment because the deal was just too good to pass up, now I know why). There are 10 people in the spa right now (on a week night) drinking and being extremely roudy. That is pretty much a nightly thing since most of the residents are college aged and party non-stop. There are always people having parties and being loud and rude past 10 on their porches and balconies.
There is constant noise from the street too, but I prefer that type of noise to the people always being in the spa. You will also see -------- and homeless people going through the dumpsters frequently, but that is also common, especially for Escondido.
Parking is also very difficult. If you come home past 5:30 Good luck finding a spot. Thats common in a lot of apartment complexes though.

This property is by the far the nicest in the area. I have to agree, the staff is great. Always very friendly and helpful. I don't live near the spa so I have no idea what it's like over there. I occassionally do hear people that are out on their balconies during quiet hours. I have called the office the next morning and filled them in. I believe they sent those residents noise letters. The community is very family friendly. I am very happy here.

Yes I do agree that this is one of the nicest communities I have ever lived in. I have to admit I was irritated when I wrote this review and for that I apologize. It is a fairly quiet complex. I guess it is just noisy at night near the spas where we live, especially since a lot of residents try and see how long they can get away with staying in there past 10. There are people in there right now at 1:30am and I had to call the security patrol (which is very reliable) to get them out so we could go to sleep. I do recommend this complex. It is in a very nice part of escondido.
