I have lived here for 3 years and it has been a great experience. Whenever something malfunctions, the maintence crew are here within 24 hours and sometimes within the day. When there was a leak they were here immeadiately. It is a lovely place. When I had troublesome neighbors, I contacted the management and the neighbors quieted down. I have no complaints. I liked my experience so much, that I decided to move to another Archstone community which has 3 bedrooms which this location does not. Overall great experience.

This one also looks like a message I saw posted a year ago. I really thing management are trying to sell this place because so many people are leaving!

I think you're right...I have seen at least 10 units empty out in the last 2 weeks..hmmmmm
