We have lived here almost 2 years, and when we moved in, we had the best neighbors. But after a while, we started seeing alot of turn over within all the apartments, and even in the staff. They are also great in relocating you if you need it, and helpful.
This is my opinion with ARCHSTONE ESCONDIDO only:
Our neighbors are fine now, but we also have our share of the noisy, ghetto families that are obviously illegal.
For being one of the best apartment complexes in Escondido, they should really start filtering out the Mexican Families that have 10 people living in one unit and take up all the open parking spaces. They probably have good credit criteria, but that's only because they bought their Social Security Number at the local swap meet.
The staff is nice too, depending if you get the ugly girls, or Kimberly, who is a sweetheart..and the maintenance is done quickly after you send in your work order.
There are also alot of homeless people and -------- that scrounge through the trash, which worries me also.
Also, some of the military families here are trashy and are probably from the South East, they have no regard for common courtesy in parking and their trash...Also, alot of the ------- Americans from the south too, need a lesson or two in manners...
We have a wonderful spot in a fairly quiet area, and we are lucky, but the management should watch out, because it seems as if they are going downhill...

you sound like a very prejudice person. you could have easily gotten your point across without some of the offensive language. and before you assume, no i'm neither an illegal mexican, an ugly staff member, or an american from the south. i am however a military family member and we are no way near as trashy as your mouth!
