I have lived here for almost three years and I am thanking the Lord it is going to come to an end. First off for a crappy apt in Escondido the prices are ludicrous. Talk about being taken advantage of! I don't know where to begin. The management is deplorable. They can't keep anyone in the position very long and they scrape the bottom of the barrel to replace them each and every time. The current manager barely speaks English. Forget anything getting fixed in your apartment ever. When I moved in I was told I was going to have the second bathroom finished and in usable order still has yet to happen. And it's very conveinient for them to blame the last manager and claim they know nothing about it. The apartments are depressing and lack any character which is the least of my concern. There was supposed to be a hot tub but the management didnt want to deal with the upkeep and it has been utilized as a gigantic garden which has done anything but thrived. I myself have not suffered roaches but neighbors have and I have suffered ants. The gated entrance is often off rail and left open for days. Not enough parking by a long shot. The elevator often breaks down leaving the handicapped lady upsatirs stranded for days. I have had issues with the management losing a lot of important documentation. I have had to go through a lot of trouble getting bank records to prove things that were already on file. Complained about a leak in my apartment for months and nothing was done-even when they came to inspect for leaks!!! I have nothing positive to say abut Casa Grande at all. I say stay FAR away.
