I've lived at Casa Grande for 1 1/2 years and am so happy to be getting out. It has just gone from bad to worse. Let's see here:

Cockroaches, cockroaches, cockroaches!!!

Maintenance is non-existent. It took me five months to have someone replace the floatation mechanism in my toilet so that it would stop running.

It's been 8 months now that I have asked for treatment for the cockroaches with no actual action. They talk a good game but they are full of you know what.

A rent increase of $75.00 dollars just recently to pay for all this wonderful service.

Neighbors that crank their bass music and beat their wives. Again, the management, no matter how many complaints left on their answering machine because they are NEVER there, turn a blind eye to it. I've called the cops before but that is not effective when it comes to noise nor did they take either one of them to jail.

10,000 little screaming brats running around until all hours of the night. Where are the parents and where is the regulation of noise control.

It's always fun to come home and have some a-hole parked in your spot. No one to call, no place to park, gotta' park on the street. This is especially fun for me working two jobs and getting off at late hours and having to brave the "outside the gate" community that is oh, so nice.

A useless security guard that does nothing but sit on his old ass.

I turned in my 30 day notice a months ago just to make sure that the stupid management would have plenty of time to get me a signed copy and it is now the last day of October (I won't be leaving until the end of November) and I still do not have a signed copy. This is after two phone calls and two faxes requesting that they send or fax a signed copy. I just know they are going to try and screw me out of my deposit.

If you want sanctuary, this is not it. Do NOT move into Casa Grande.

I give it two thumbs down, an F and an incomplete.

Thank goodness things have turned around since the person above lived there. the new manager is wonderful and really turned Casa Grande into a great place to live!!!!
