Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
This place is a ---- hole. elevator is constantly urinated in, loud chilren well past 10 pm, it's like a tiny tj's dryers do not work. It is not worth $750. The maintance guy is very nice, and he is smart. The rounds ok ok too, thats about it, don't expect the management to do you any favors when I move in here roaches everywhere I had to clean my own apartment upon arriving. It was so filthy I scrubbed my knuckles raw. Don't use the pool either, you couldn't pay me enuff. They say that have 2 pools but one is not usable. The building constantly smells people leave their trash by their front door, their are meth users galore. It's honestly the worst place I have ever lived.
