CASA GRANDE APARTMENTS SUCK. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 10 DAYS....NOTHING WORKS...MY A/C UNIT IS TOTALLY NON-FUNCTIONAL, MY DISHWASHER LEAKS WATER ALL OVER THE FLOOR, COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, THE ELEVATOR DOESN'T WORK.....THE RESIDENT MANAGER, --------------- IS A FREAKIN' JOKE....ALL HE CAN SAY IS "DON'T PISS ME OFF". I'M CALLING THE COUNTY (CAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT UP TO CODE) AND I'M CONTACTING THE NEWS MEDIA....DO NOT MOVE INTO CASA GRANDE!!!!

I too have just moved into Casa Grande. My husband and I live on the bottom floor, but I have watached a pregnant tenant have to carry her child and a stroller up to the 3rd floor since we moved in. There is also a woman on crutches in our building and it is so sad to see this. I think we made a mistake moving into Casa Grande and you should not make the same mistake. I totally agree with the comment I am replying to. ------- is so fake it is creepy. He is a --- male that flaunts his ------------- very unproffesionally, I have nothing againt --- people, there is a --- couple in our building that is very nice and thoughtful, but ------- has taken it to a very unnecessary level that reflects poorly on the owners-he is the first face you see when looking for a new home, I would not hire him. Casa Grande....like a little TJ in Escondido.Not worth the money you are required to pay.

Oh come on and get real!! If you are going to write trash about someone at least tell the truth. I live in the building you are talking about and yes the elevator was broke down. It is not the manager's fault because he was doing everything he could to get the elevator back in working order. Maybe you should have talked to him. I know I did and he explained to me what was going on. I know he was frustrated but he can only do so much.

I think it's funny that you people who have "nothing against --- people" have to mention it!! Talk about fake! You are the kind of people that blame everything else on the world and don't take accountability for anything. If you have a problem, talk to the manager and you will get an explanation for what's going on. It's called COMMUNICATION, in case you don't know any big college words. Sheesh.
