Casa Grande has the potential to be a nice home, but the Mngr ------- ------- is horrible. I feel for the owners as he is the first face you see when looking for a new home for your family. THey are pet freindly, but I agree with the review posted on 9/11...------- is a joke, he flaunts his------------------ and it is not professional at all, as a matter of fact it is really bothersome. My husband and I have many --- friends and hoave nothing against --- people. There is a --- couple in our building as a matter of fact, and they are very pleasant. I wish we had never moved in here, it IS like a little TJ, dirty, nothing works and I have had to watch a pregnant woman carry her baby, and stroller up to the 3rd floor becasue the elevator doesn't work. On woman in our building is on crutches and has a visibly hard time getting up and down 3 stories of stairs. STAY AWAY FROM CASA GRANDE! Not worth it to pay over 1K to live here per month. Loud music is playe all day in the building to the left of us and nothing is done, children hang off the balconies and nobody supervises them. The laundry room is horrible and nothing works here. There are more cockroaches than tenants and I fear for my helath and the health of our animals. Somebody should report this place, I hope they do call the county as posted in the previous review, something needs to be done!The parking lot is a rape waiting to happen, I park on the street where it is safer.

You know I used to live in a place where I was unhappy and I went to talk to the manager. She let me break my lease without penalties. Maybe if you are that unhappy maybe you should do the same.

Yes I agree with you I visit my friends that live there their Bathroom have a lot of mold and the apt have no smoke alarm, cockroaches running around all over the house. The family said had been reported to the manager already BUT NEVER DONE......FUNNY THAT DAY middle age Hispanic --- was passed by and my friend call him "Hey Luis.......when you going to fix this and that he said you have to talk to mike" And My friend said we already asked mike ......O ya he give me the order,but I threw it away because you not home YOU SEE......... They all unprofessional.....HOW the Maint --- threw away the order????????huh????? explain to me?????? As only visitor I was really pist off. And I told them I'll help you if you need to look some other place.

These reviews above are ridiculous and were probabably written by folks who were asked to leave or are mad because they never paid their rent on time. I live at Casa Grande and have NEVER seen a cockroach or a bug of ANY kind in my apartment (did you clean yours?) I have met some wonderful people there and the manager takes very good care of things. He has turned that place around from the drug-infested, filthy place it used to be. I weould recommend Casa Grande to anybody!!!

I have been in the managers apartment and even HE has maggots on the floor along with dog urine and feces all over the house that will sit there all day long. He is very unprofessional. He is dishonest and his business ethics and morals are very poor. Funny thing is, the comment posted on 1/6/09 was probably written by the manager since that is one of the FIRST things he said to us when we first looked at a place there.
