My husband and I just moved in on September 1st and have two adorable dogs. We were struggling to find a place that allows two small dogs... and Michael took us in. I think it's so lame that some of you refer to an apartment complex as a little TJ... you do live in California! What was it before it became part of the U.S.' Also, there is a weekly pest control system... Just ask for assistance on Wednesday morning. We have no complaints, the area is quiet, and we love the fact that we have a security guard who watches over after 10PM to make sure it remains safe. Once I heard about the negative comments that are posted on here, I could not believe how "some" people could put personal info of someone on this site... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!. If there is a problem, you ask to get it fixed... not go behind the companies back without asking for help first. We learn that in elementary school. Hope everything works out... New tenants... you have to see him frst. Don't believe everything you read.

So what is it you would do if the manager gave you nothing but attitude and nothing was getting fixed? You must always know that there are two sides to EVERYTHING! All that is wanted is a level of professionalism that reflects the future service you will receive after becoming a tenant. A comfortable home...isn't that what Casa Grande prides itself on offering?! Let's remember that you can't believe everything you read. The manager telling me "Don't piss me off!" isn't what I would call professional at all. Maybe he doesn't know how to be a problem solving Manager, his tact is non-existent. Maybe he accepted your two dogs as he too has two dogs. But wait till you have a problem, then you see a different side of Michael!

Nothing but attitude? Okay let's set this little story staight. As far as this saying you keep putting up there, let's tell that little story. When was it that I supposedly said this? Was it on a Sunday afternoon when you were pounding on my door and yes I did say pounding at 4:30 in the afternoon and trying to break my doorbell? I think so. As far as the animals go, yes I do have two dogs. But wait what about your two cats? And how about the other one that is "visiting"? Have I said anything about that yet? And what about nothing getting fixed. I think if you look around you will see everything that you had written about on 9/11 has been relaced with brand new. Brand new Air Conditioning Unit, Brand new dishwasher, elevator has new oil and valves (which were the main reasons the elevator was not working but maybe if you came and talked to me like the other residents did you would've known what was going on). Everything was fixed in your home but yet you still seem to be unhappy.
