Just say "No" to Casa Grande. We came to look at Casa Grande since a friend of ours lives there and I would NEVER rent there. The police are there all the time, the security guard doesn't even visit certain areas, and is too busy playing games on his cell phone. The manager is unfiar and biased and the buildings themselves look horrible. I can see why it has been called "Little TJ"...and what it USED to be was Mexico, but that was then....this is now! It is Southern California now, look at your map and understand that should make a difference...should, I said!

It is interesting how you can make so many conclusions with just coming to look at an apartment. Since your "friend" lives there already you should have known about these supposed problems. But yet you still came to look at the apartment.

No, we came to visit with the option of possibly renting...until our 'friend' filled us in on what really happens here. They are moving out because of these problems.
