First of all, negative reviews often are written by disgruntled people. People who abide by their leasing agreements, pay their rent, and cooperate with management, have nothing but praise for the management and maintenance staff. Both are highly professional and responsive. The property manager, Chrisy, goes out of her way to make sure that the serenity of the property is maintained. Complaints brought before her are handled immediately, or soon after.

This is a wonderful place to reside as it is ideally located close to major freeways, shopping, and downtown.
