My family and I moved in this complex in 2005. Boy, do they give a good SALES PITCH!! After you move in, then you really find out what this place is all about!
Management is very pro-illegal immigrants living in the community. Also, they offer FAR LESS RENTAL FEE's to the hispanic community while charging non---------- TOP DOLLAR. There is NO ON SITE NIGHT MANAGER, and the rules are made on a daily basis depending on the PMS cycle of the property supervisor who is a total b----. She will screw you any way she can to get money out of you...... her word means as much as wet toilet paper. HUGE DRUG PROBLEM on site with MINIMAL supervision or action taken to get rid of these people. Trust me, if you value your family values and your young children - STAY AWAY from this place. PARKING SUCKS due to all the illegal's family and friends taking up ALL THE SPACE. VERY HIGH CAR THEFT at this location. Laundry facility - 8 washers & 8 dryers - GOOD LUCK - You can hardly EVER get a machine available.......and most of the time THEY ARE BROKEN. It is the WORST apartment complex Escondido has to offer!!!!
