Way too many things to get into them all... our apartment was broken into a couple of months after we moved in. I have a hunch it was an inside job but no proof of that. The cop that took the report literally said "congratulations, you moved into the worst neighborhood in Escondido". The tailgate was stolen off my husbands truck two weeks after the break-in.
It's very noisy. Between the domestic squabbles screamed for all to hear and Spanish polka type music blares all day and night, you can't hear anything in your own apartment.
The grounds are covered in trash like you wouldn't believe. People just drop their wrappers and trash on the ground. It's unbelievable.
And don't even get me started on maintenance. Nothing ever gets done and the office staff is worthless. All they ever do is say "okay, I'll put in a work order". There's no follow-up at all. We found mold in our closet and it took over a week for them to even start to take care of it.
Pest control is scheduled to be there once a week. Does that tell you how bad the problem is' It's disgusting.
The outside lights burn out on a regular basis and are not replaced. There are no lights in the carports. I wouldn't live there again if they PAID me!
