I have lived here three years. This is what I have to say:
1. My car has been broken into three times. Always when I had to park far away from my apartment because they only offer one parking space per unit here (regardless of or apartment/household size).
2. Maintenance is slow to respond to requests. Expect a six month delay for a response.
3. Rent has gone up twice.
4. Only a few laundry machines for a large complex. Usually one or two are broken. To show their gratitiude, Eagles Point recently raised the price on their laundry machine usuage.
5. The police are regulars here. Expect to see blue and red flashing lights regualry.But don't expect that this will keep you or your property safe.
