Don't move here unless you don't mind.....

1.) Seeing the show cops played out in the parking lot and/or your aparment building at least twice a month.

2.) Walking up one to three flights of stairs carrying your groceries and other heavy bags because the elevator breaks down at least once or twice a month. If the elevator is actually working someone has peed or thrown their trash in it.

3.) Waiting three to six months for maintance to come fix even a simple job in your apartment.

4.) Your car being broken into in the middle of the night.

5.) Walking through the apartment complex in the dark because the outside lights are turned on late or not at all.

6.) Being overcharged to wash and dry your clothes. That is if the washing machines and dryers are open and working. (The ratio of washing machines/dryers to renter is poor. The machines aren't always working)

7.) Listening to loud music and people fighting at any hour of the day or night.

8.) Someone smoking, drinking, and doing drugs outside your apartment window or near you car in the parking lot.

9.) Not being able to flush the toilet or take a show because the water was turned off in the apartment complex without any warning.

10.) Having your closet door fall on you. But fortunately it is only made out of flimsy cardboard.

11.)Having water seep through the windows when it rains.
