Don't Move Here.....
What other people have said about Eagles Point, except for the review entitled " great", is all true.
1. Maintenance is slow.
2. Office staff doesn't care and doesn't pretend to care.
3. Fed Ex and UPS packages left at the managers office can/will be picked up and stolen by anyone.
4. Lighting in the parking lot and apartment complex is poor.
5. Washing machines/dryers are usually broken. (You're overcharge also)
6. Elevators are often times broken.
7. Trash around the complex.
8. Gang members, drug dealers, and drug users hangout in parking lot and around the apartment complexes.
9. Parking lots are always full.
10. Cars and apartments get broken into.
11. Dead rat sightings in the parking.
