DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.....

I had initially moved here with my husband just to save money on rent. I had moved from Poway and I did not know much about this area of Escondido until I moved here, but boy was I in for a bug surprise.

Good things:
There is only one good thing I can think of and that is the size of the two bedrooms for the price but you get what you pay for.

Bad things:
Where to begin:
1. If you like your car being broken into and having someone try to break into your apartment while you are in it, move here this is the place to live.
2. If you like waiting 6-8 weeks for maintenance to come to your apartment, then move here. Even ask the management, how many maintenance men they have for a 22 acre apartment complex and they will tell you two! They only have two men working here for a huge complex like this. You will never see them.
3. If you like drug dealers and gang members in front all your apartmennt all hours of the night especially Friday and Saturday, then move here.
4. If you live in an apartment with someone above you. You can hear every creak of the floor boards.
5. Loud music and rude neighbors.
6. The washer and dryer facilities are horrible. Just go look at them, none of them all work at the same time. You will be able to tell by the cleanliness how much management cares. The one in my building had a dryer in there that was being held together by tape!
7. I have only lived here for four months and I am moving in 2 weeks, that is how awful this place is.

8. Finally, when I waiting on approval for my future complex, it took management 4 days to get back to them to answer two questions, do I rent there and do I pay my rent on time. Normally, complexes respond within 24 hours, but not the Ealgles Point Apartments and they only responded within the week because I threatened to get them fired. Her name is Bobby and she is the new manager because the other one quit, her name was Debbie. Just ask.
Please DO NOT move here! It is worth the extra $100 a month to live somewhere else.
