This is the worst place! The parking lot lighting has been out for months, I dont know what the problem is, but it cant be that complicated. There are constantly drug deals going down in the hallways. People are constantly either setting fires, or pulling fire alarms all the time. Sometimes the fire dept. is here 3 or 4 time a day. The rental office does nothing. People constantly pee and throw up in the elevator. There are dead tree's everywhere. There is NO parking, so people constantly park in your spot. Shopping carts everywhere, and people out and about pushing them, and management doesnt even stop them. Cars in the few available spots are not moved for months and are not ticketed as they claim they do. You must pay a water bill to PC water company, that doesnt answer their phone or return messages if there is a problem with the bill. I could go on and on. In a nutshell, the place is managed very unprofessionaly, and the maintenance staff is seriously UNDER STAFFED!
Run, do not move here! You will be sorry!

This was all true, but it really has changed now. The new management is working on all of the things you listed. They have added another maintenance man, most of the staff lives here now, the cars are ticketed and towed, the fire alarms and lots of the lights were replaced, and the office staff really cares and responds.

I agree this place really sucks!!! it was good when I first moved in 6 years ago, that wasn't until everything started to break and leak and no one ever came to fix anything, let's not talk about the black mold in my bathrooms, the whole wall came apart!!!

take your issue to the county with code violations. take pictures and get out. they will not fix mold. i went througt it too!
