new management making a huge difference

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
The new manager really cares about the residents and the property. The staff is nice, maintenance has improved, and what was wrong is being fixed, like the lighting and the landscaping. One pool is heated now, too.
The location is great, and the floorplans are awesome.
