For the price, you can deal with a a few issues right' PLEASE LISTEN... You will become the dumbest person alive next to me if you rent here!!! I read the reviews and ignored them. I've been here a week. I've so far compiled an 11 page word document (with pictures) detailing the countless issues I deal with in this apartment, submitted it multiple times, spoke with representatives and they will not help you (Eagles Point or Progress Management). Here are just a few of the issues: roaches, waterbugs, numerious wasp nest, spiders everywhere, bugs everywhere, mildew, mold, showers so dirty its black, cobwebs, filthy white yellowish walls, broken toilet, broken door,broken shower door, had the place sprayed, dead bugs everywhere, more comming, going and dying every day, pubic hair painted on the door, startling loud AC units, water system that looses pressure and repressurizes in the morning making very loud disturbing noises from the toilet and sinks, dead bugs on the ceiling, dirt everywhere, unlighted pathways at night, smelly laundry facilites (been going off grounds since ive been here). The ONLY thing thats nice is the Managers office (to sucker you in). My car was stolen, lost my keys. I waited the entire night until management arrived at 8:00AM, they told me I had to wait to 10:00 to get them. I soon found white lice in my blankets and have been at Motel 6 ever since. Progress Management (landlords will not care about you or your problems). I just submitted a complaint with BBB. LISTEN!!! I AM THAT AVERAGE GUY LIKE YOU THAT SEEMS TO NEVER HAVE ANY REAL PROBLEMS OR ISSUES. IF YOU RENT HERE, I PROMISE YOU!!! YOU WILL BE MAKING THE WORST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE.

I konw who your are dude. You are the gross guy who lived next door to me for a week before they kicked you out for your noise and drugs. Give me a break..... You were even stupid enough to put your email which is traceable to your name phillip walker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think it??s rather nice in here. I??ve been living in here for a year;we signed a contract; and it??s not the best place I have lived in but the pool is nice, somo people are really loud sometimes but at leat hey don??t keep staring at your ass like in public pool. The elevators kind of suck; they??re slow and loud but help alot if you??re eighter pregnant or live in the 4th floor. The view is kind of crrepy from up there but if u don??t look it??s rather pleasent. Thankfully i live in the 2 floor and int??s nice. No loud noices: Well sometimes Russe peopleare a bit too loud but it??s only for a while. The point is The Eagles Point Apartments are too big. mainteinance do it??s best to keep it going sometimes is just not enogh but it??s cheap.If all the people who complain in here went to the manager we will get something done, not just talk. What I do complain about is the girl in the iffice she is mean and hates her own cat, the poor thing never goes out speaks wierd English.. SO if you are the kind of people who are just too moody about your house don??t rent here and go to a 2000 dollars apartment if that??s what u want if don??t don??t complain
