I first moved into this place in 2001 and I was there for several years, I tell you. These were the worst conditions that I have lived in. The place is infested with roaches, my bathrooms fell apart, I have tons of pictures that I can show anyone that would like to know how horrible this place really is, I rate this place the worst rating you can possibly give them. The management and the staff they are all terrible when it comes to providing services. They never fixed anything in my apartment for over 3 years!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!! you will thank me that you didn't.

I have lived here for the past year. We got new managenent here in Dec. of 05 and this place has changed alot. My apartment was upgraded. Maitenance has been prompt, even when I clogged my sinks with grease. You must be one of the nasty people the old management had let in that the new management has kicked out! They even recieved multi housing crime and drug free certification last month.

happyrenter1501 must be one of the management staff that lives at eagles point, i live there with the new staff and the are horrible people, especially cheryl. she was worst of all. the apartments suck and not matter how much you kiss someones butt, its managements responsibility to fix you broke down apartment. i live there 6 months and they didnt do anything that i requested. thank god we got military housing and left that disgusting place. i feel bad for anyone who wants to live in this little mexico we have here in san diego. it might be in your best interest to find a better place to live.
