upon moving in nothing was clean, you can see graffitti on the walls through the paint, theres a hole under the kitchen floor, the patio door always need to be fixed, someone is always urinating either in the dumpster or the elevator and it takes management days to clean it up after notified and the laundry facilities are in very poor working condition. The management staff is very pomppus and moody, if you are paying them and kissing but everything is good, if you just have a general comment or complaint, wait for the claws to come out. this place needs a serious renovation from management to apartments. if you have complaint never go to management go to the distrcit office.
