Similar to most apartment living. Gounds are decently maintained, pool is kept up nice. Elevators are aweful scuzzy.

My apartment does not have any bug problems that other people wrote about. Used a product called home defense when we first moved in almost 2 years agao to be safe. Sprayed perimeter of inside house--- never a problem. Lots of sunlight, view of trees off our balcony. Maint. is fairly responsive, not great. Sometimes the music and noise gets to out of hand---ususally during day time hours.

I always personally feel safe, but car security has been a problem. Now it is way better than it used to be. They have a responsive staff and improved watch from Escondido Police. I work long hours, coming in pretty late and always feel fine doing so... We don't use the laundry facilities.
