They're beautiful apartments but, they won't be apartments much longer. Like many apartments in Southern CA, they are being turned into overprices condos. I enjoyed my stay while I was there, but was highly disappointed when I received word of our apartment becoming a condo.

Also, the neighbors were loud and parking is rough (a good parking spot will bring a tear to your eye). You're given one assigned spot, but that will not stop people from taking it! So get home early, or you'll have to find street parking (what will happen to your car there is anyone's guess). In addition, there is a problem with theft from garages, despite the locks.

The management was great. They always responded quickly to complaints/problems (especially with the extremely bad ant problems).

Overall, stay away or you'll be forced to purchase the pricy condo or move yet again!
