I moved into El Norte Heights in November and I am happy to say that I am HOME!

The maintenance is first rate, the manager, Angela is knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, and professional.

The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. My apartment is just what I wanted and they accepted my pet with a REFUNDABLE deposit and no monthly charges for "pet rent".

You have to come check this place out. It's the best Escondido has to offer in my opinion.
