Must Read From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The 1 bedroom is pretty big, large kitchen and bedroom. Neighbors are loud especially upstairs levels. Our apt was located near the open parking and we were the bottom floor. While we were away on my bday, our apt was broken into, luckily for us a tenant saw that man breaking into our bedroom window and scared him away. Nothing was taken thankfully, but after that we got the hell out of there. The cops were always there for cars getting broken into. Overall, you get what you pay for. If your looking for cheap rent in escondido, then move here but only upstairs units! Staff was okay, no problems.
