The apartment complex is nice for couples just starting out. I had a couple friends live in the same complex and one had mice. She made several phones calls and management told her to get a cat. The maintenance guy came out and stuck strips down to catch the mice, she could hear them whimper until the next day. Also, some guy that lived next to her had his alarm go off (apparently he was on vacation) and when she called they told her to investigate what apartment. Try not to live in the heavily wooded areas. The gates are never open, then people are kind of shady looking. The a/c and heaters are very old. Maintenance is really good about prompt service in fixing things, but beware..they will scuff and mess up the floor, wall, etc. and not care. For the price you pay and the amenenties..not too bad.

I myself have not had any real problems **knock on wood** but I am always concerned about my car getting broken into. Just a feeling I get..
