if you aren't a very picky person when it comes to choosing an apartment, and you're looking for a relatively "lower" amount of rent, then this might suffice. The biggest "plus" about this complex is that you can rent month to month, so it could serve as a nice temp "roof over the head" until you find something else...def dont expect much before coming to check this place out(model apt was furnished, so dont let that throw your eye). Parking was a pain...lack of ample visitor's spaces, and everyone who lives here has the authority to have your car towed at ANY TIME, and most ppl will not hesitate to do so(A good idea would be to put on or close to your parking sticker, a label with your apt # so maybe, if you're lucky, they might knock on your door first instead of you looking out the window as your car is being towed off). Dont expect much privacy, and pray that your day off doesnt coincide with the weekly visit of two or three landscapers with blowers that manage to coat everyone's vehicle with a healthy layer of parking lot dust!
