the apartments are centrally located and right off the freeway, so that is a definite plus.

there's not really and kids that run around, so you dont have to deal with that noise.

the only problems that i had were:

1. parking. yeah. the other reviews are pretty much correct. although, everyone has one designated parking spot, so if you have 2 cars or if you want a visitor, you're most likely screwed.

2. swap meet. this is right across the street from the apartments and a lot of times, they try to come in and steal all the....PARKING.

so, the problem is pretty much with the parking.

the laudry rooms arent that bad. they dont really seem to be used that often.
there is a pool, which is not bad.
there is a rec room type thing, which is awesome to use, which i used twice. one for a thanksgiving dinner and one for my daughter's birthday.

the display apartment IS furnished, and the apartment IS small, but you get what you pay for. the rent is pretty low, but like i said, you get what you pay for. but if you furnish your apartment like the display apartment, it works out perfect.

the cats are really NOT that bad...they keep the mice away (i never saw ONE mouse in over the year that i lived there).

there are lots of trees, so it is shady.
the electric bill is low. i ran my AC all the time and the bill was probably only like 60 bucks a month.

so, yeah. im not management either! lol.

oh yeah! i forgot to mention the fact that there are no roaches or ants. i also never had any problems with the maintenance people. i actually never had to call them either because nothing ever broke!!
