This place was my first apartment, and I thought it was going to be good, but it wasn't. First of all it is not safe. There are a lot of shady things that happen here. One time the swat team came and blocked the entrance, and the exit. There was a man in the apartment across from mine, where he apparently kidnapped someone, or was pretending that he kidnapped someone, either way it did not make me feel safe. The fact that swat came, just proves that it is shady. Another thing, neighbors are very nosy. I often hear my other neighbors speak of other neighbors, and their business. It is cockroach heaven, and it gets flooded when it rains. There was a time when they had to bring a suction machine to suck up all the water. They only gave us one gate key so when a visitor or friend comes over they have to call me so that I can bring them the gate key. Parking is horrible! There was a time when I had to sleep in my car over another persons parking spot because I didn't want to get my car towed because there was not any parking spaces available. The manager is unreachable and she is not very nice either. They gave us a hard time for having some chairs, and other things on our patio (which I don't think they should do because I am paying for my space) They often would send messages stating they need to check one thing or another, rather than just checking everything at once. It is just horrible here. I really don't like this place and the manager! If you think this place is good, Don't and just STAY AWAY!

I couldn't agree more! This place is infested with cockroaches, and if you have two cars, good luck finding a spot after 5PM
