Cockroach Heaven!

Cons:
-cockroaches in the apt 24/7-they sprayed twice and still have roaches
-HORRIBLE parking (no visitor parking after 5PM)
-closets flood often
-manager is rude, seems nice at first til you move in...very two-faced
-always get notices on door about some crap they want to do
-6 cars had windows broken into in March 2009
Pros:
-Maintenance is helpful
-grounds are very pretty
Overall, be prepared for roaches when you move in! Kill about 100 a day :)

Wow, I know that I live here and never had a roach problem until my dirty neighbors moved in! I was so glad they moved my little girl played next door one time and that was the last because my daughter told me how dirty these people were. Then I had a problem with roaches and management was right on top of it, so stop blaming the people who work here and take some responsibilty! Luckily these people moved!
