When we first moved into these apartments we were very happy. The manager was GREAT, the neighbors were super nice, and the rent was very reasonable. Now, 2 years later I regret ever moving here. The only reason we are still here is because we're stuck in our lease.
1. There are a group of women in the complex who don't work, sit around all day, and complain to the manager about anything and everything. One of them wheels around in her wheelchair, sometimes as late as 1:00 am and monitors the complex. The manager totally encourages their behavior. Their like her little spies. They walk around, complaining, and cussing up a storm, and call the other residents foul names. Also, if you complain to the manager she will totally rat you out if the person you complained about asks who complained. Confidentiality is not something the manager honors. Also, the manager is never in the office. And if she is there, she s on the phone and ignores you completely.
2. Parking SUCKS!!! I have come home from work at 3:30 in the afternoon and all of the parking spaces were full. This has happened at least 5 times in the past 8 months.
3. The apartments are full of roaches and pest control only comes around once a month.
4. The complex is surrounded by motels full of hookers.
5. There is one thing nice about these apartments. The maintenance staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful.
Trust me! Consider this complex as a last resort.
