This complex used to be fairly decent a number of years ago. Today it is filled with mostly riffraff and gang banger types. There seems to be no enforcement of rules. If you like loud music playing late into the night, obnoxious tenants, spoiled unsupervised kids, idiots speeding through the parking lot, alarms going off, and management that changes constantly and doesn't take a proactive role, then this is the place for you. Also, anytime you renew your lease, your rent goes up dramatically. Recently, the building exteriors are being painted, and some landscaping improvements are being made. However, none of this is enough to overcome the negatives. Furthermore, the location is at a busy intersection with a bar across the street bringing additional noise and traffic.

turned this place around you say? The manager gets drunk at five points bar and harrasses tenants? Let's not forget about the Pot head's that run around scratching up cars and people parking in other tenants parking area's daily and nothing happeneing? yeah i agree thats a turn around.

We just signed a lease agreement here at the end of April. I looked on this site and wasn't sure that I even wanted to check this place out due to the comments I read. We decided to live here because the management seems to care more about this community than what other managers in the other local apartments we visited. It seemed that everyone knew her cause they said hello to her as we toured the apartments. She also greeted everyone by their name. At the other apartments the managers nearly ignored everyone they ran into. As far as all the issues I have read about these apartments, I have not found anythng negative to say about this place. There are landscapers working and cleaning the outside areas everyday, the management is just as personable and helpful as they were the day we met, there have been no signs of any trouble with "pot heads" or "gang bangers". The worst we have seen are kids skateboarding around the parking lot. The noises here aren't any worse than normal apartment living. Actually, it is surprisingly quiet. I would recommend this place to friends/family. I have not experienced any of the negative issues as stated in earlier comments.

these comments are not false in any way and i have proof to back up ever word i say about this complex.Pictures and all.Want pictures of my scratched car these kids atacked? or how about a picture of the pot heads smoking a joint by apartment 128 facing five points bar? or should we go on about people parking in other tenants parking spots? be careful of these two nice managers that apear nice.They are really not and one of them is a drunk.
